To watch the My5 TV channel on your device, first visit the my5.tv/activate website and link your account by following the on-screen instructions.
If videos are not playing on My5 channel, try resetting your account and device settings by visiting my5.tv/activate page.
Whenever you want to link a new device to My5, you will need to visit my5.tv/activate and enter a new activation code to authorise your device.
If your My5 app is repeatedly logging out, visit the my5.tv/activate page to update your login settings and fix any network issues.
