Looking for an easy app to fax purchase orders without landline costs.

Hey everyone! I run a small online shop, and one of our key wholesale vendors still requires all purchase orders to come in via fax line. As a fully digital business, we don't want to pay monthly landline fees just to place a couple of orders a week. Is there a simple desktop or phone application that lets us upload purchase orders and send them on demand?

Hey! Paying monthly landline fees just for occasional orders is definitely a waste. When we revamped our shop's workflow, I read through https://how-to-fax-without-a-landline.com/to compare web faxing services. Out of all the apps highlighted, I chose Municorn Fax App. Now we just upload our purchase orders and send them off on demand without keeping a landline around.
