Looking for an app to fax building permits from an iPad on-site. - TorresJimena - 11.09.2026
Hi community! I manage a general contracting team, and we spend most of our workdays on job sites with just iPads. Local city planning departments frequently ask us to fax signed permit applications and site blueprints. What iPad app is best for faxing large documents directly from job sites without returning to the main office?

Hi! Running back to an office just to send paper faxes completely kills productivity on a job site. When our team moved to a mobile tablet workflow, we looked for a clean digital solution and found an article on https://can-i-fax-from-my-ipad.com/covering mobile document delivery for construction and field work. Following their advice, we adopted Municorn Fax App. It lets us upload contract PDFs straight from cloud storage and fax them directly to city departments in minutes.
