Aion 2 Division Mace Explained: Is It Worth Using for Clerics? - SilentDrifter - 07.01.2026 The Division Mace is a level 51 Legend-grade mace in Aion 2. It is a weapon made specifically for Cleric classes, and other classes cannot equip it. In general, this puts it in a fairly narrow niche: it is only relevant if you play Cleric and use a mace-based setup. In terms of raw stats, the Division Mace sits in the middle-to-upper range for level 51 PvE weapons. It has solid base attack, reasonable accuracy, and a mix of defensive and offensive secondary stats. Most players see it as a practical weapon rather than a best-in-slot item. Here are the key base stats most players care about: Attack: 182–234 Accuracy: 100 Critical Hit: 50 Block: 50 Manastone Slots: 3 There is no PvE Damage Boost listed on this weapon, which already tells experienced players something important: this mace is more about balanced performance than pure damage. Who Should Use the Division Mace? The Division Mace is exclusive to Clerics, but even among Clerics, it is not for everyone. In general, it works best for: PvE-focused Clerics doing leveling content or early endgame Clerics who switch between healing and light combat Players who want a stable weapon without chasing rare drops Most players who focus heavily on endgame raids or competitive PvP usually replace this mace later. However, for everyday dungeon runs and world activities, it performs reliably. Clerics who rely more on survivability than burst damage often appreciate the added Block and Accuracy. These stats help when soloing content or holding aggro from weaker mobs. How Does Division Mace Perform in Practice? In real gameplay, the Division Mace feels steady rather than exciting. Most players notice that it does not dramatically change their damage output, but it also does not hold them back. The attack range is wide enough to feel consistent during PvE fights. Accuracy helps reduce misses against higher-level enemies, which matters more than raw attack during leveling. The Critical Hit stat is modest, so crit-focused builds usually look elsewhere. Block is an interesting stat here. In general, Block is not a top priority for damage-oriented Clerics, but it becomes useful when: Soloing elites Taking incidental damage in group content Playing more defensively in open-world areas Usually, players describe this mace as “safe” or “comfortable” rather than powerful. Is Division Mace Good for PvE? For PvE, the Division Mace is usable but not optimal. Most players use it during: Level 50–52 progression Early dungeon farming World grinding and quests Because it has three Manastone slots, players can customize it to suit their needs. In general: PvE healers often socket HP or Magic Boost stones Hybrid Clerics may use Accuracy or Attack stones Solo players usually balance defense and offense The lack of PvE Damage Boost means that dedicated PvE weapons will eventually outperform it. Still, many players keep it as a backup or transitional weapon. How Does It Compare to Other Cleric Weapons? Compared to other Legend-tier maces at similar levels, the Division Mace is average. In general: It has lower damage than rare raid drops It is easier to obtain than instance-exclusive weapons It offers more balanced stats than damage-focused maces Most players who obtain a higher-end weapon later do not regret using the Division Mace earlier. It fills a gap rather than defining a build. For Clerics who prefer staves or magic-focused weapons, this mace may feel limiting. But for traditional mace-and-shield users, it fits naturally into common playstyles. Where Does the Division Mace Drop? The Division Mace comes from world drops. That means: It is not tied to a specific dungeon It can drop from various mobs in the open world Drop rates are generally low and inconsistent Most players do not actively farm for this mace. Instead, they get it randomly while leveling or farming other materials. Because of this, its availability can vary a lot between servers. In general, relying on world drops means patience. Some players see one quickly, while others never see it at all. Can You Craft the Division Mace? Currently, there are no known crafting methods for the Division Mace. This means: You cannot plan a crafting route to get it You must rely on drops or the in-game economy There are no recipes or materials tied to it yet Usually, when a weapon has no crafting path, players treat it as optional. If you get it, you use it. If not, you move on to something else. This also means future updates could change how it is obtained, but for now, crafting is not part of the picture. Is the Division Mace Worth Selling? If sold to NPC vendors, the Division Mace can fetch up to 13,990 gold. That is a decent amount for a single item, especially for players still progressing through midgame. Most players consider two factors before selling: Do I need this weapon for my Cleric? Do I already have something better? If the answer to both is “no,” then selling it makes sense. Gold is always useful, especially for skills, consumables, and upgrades. Some players also sell it through player trading instead of using it, depending on server economy and demand. How Do Players Usually Afford Gear Like This? In general, players afford weapons like the Division Mace through a mix of: World farming Dungeon runs Selling unused drops Daily and weekly activities Some players who want to speed things up choose to buy Aion 2 currency from U4N shop, especially when they are short on time. This is usually done to cover basic expenses rather than chase rare weapons directly. Most experienced players still recommend learning how to earn gold in-game, since that knowledge stays useful long-term. Should You Aim for the Division Mace? Most players do not set the Division Mace as a main goal. Instead, they: Use it if it drops Buy it if it is cheap enough Replace it once something better appears It works best as a stepping stone. If you are a Cleric leveling through the early 50s, it can carry you comfortably through most content. If you are already focused on endgame optimization, it is usually skipped. Final Thoughts from a Player Perspective The Division Mace is a practical, no-frills weapon for Clerics in Aion 2. It does not redefine gameplay, but it also does not disappoint. Most players who use it do so temporarily and move on without issues. If you get one early, it is worth trying. If you never see one, you are not missing anything critical. In general, Aion 2 offers many weapon paths, and this mace is just one of them.
